Charlotte qualified in 2007 and worked in secondary care until joining the team at Westbury-On-Trym in 2022. Charlotte also does clinical research for the Practice alongside Dr Eachus.

Outside of work, Charlotte volunteers with a Scout unit and is a qualified Breastfeeding Peer Supporter.
